White-label reporting

White-label SEO audit reports built from the crawl you ran

Each report carries your logo, your brand colours, a cover page and a severity summary, and every figure in it comes from the audit you ran. White-label SEO audit reports are included on every paid plan with no add-on fee.

Included from £14.99/mo · no per-report fee · PDF export

How a white-label SEO audit report is built

  • Pick the audit run to report on. Every figure on the report comes from that real crawl, so the numbers can't drift from what the client's own dashboard shows.
  • Tick the sections you want: an executive summary, the findings by category, and a prioritised action plan. Untick what doesn't apply; the layout closes up cleanly.
  • Your logo and two brand colours apply automatically. Set an agency-wide default once, or override it per client when a report needs its own identity.
  • No hunting for logo files: add a client and Crawl Cove finds the logo and brand colours on their website. Confirm the logo with one click, or upload your own instead.
  • Generate a PDF with page numbers on every page and an agency-grade cover page (brand band, logo, client name and domain, severity summary). Every report you make stays in the history, with the date it was created.

Compared with building the deck yourself

The usual white-label workflow is manual: export a crawl, drop screenshots into a slide deck, hunt for the logo file, rewrite the same intro paragraph, fix the page numbers. Crawl Cove assembles the same deliverable from your real audit data in a builder, so the branding, layout and cover page are already right when the crawl finishes.

If you've configured the optional LLM backend, it drafts the executive summary for you, fully editable, and it never invents, removes or re-scores a finding. Run with the LLM set to none and the summary falls back to a deterministic template; the rest of the report exports exactly the same either way.

Every export opens with an agency-grade cover page: brand band, logo, domain, and a real severity summary. Shown here auditing crawlcove.com itself.

Two report types, same client data

Full audit report

The section-by-section document above, drawn from one crawl run: the "here's everything we found and fixed" story.

Keyword-movement report

Rank deltas over time from your tracked keywords: the "here's where you moved this month" story for a client who mostly cares about positions.

What white-label reporting costs elsewhere

Branding the report is often the part that costs extra, or does not exist. Checked 30 September 2026 against each vendor's own site:

Semrush

Branding and white-labeling sit inside the Pro Report add-on at €19.18 a month, on top of a plan that starts at €134 a month. Its pricing page prices in the currency of wherever you read it, so these are the euro figures it served a UK connection.

Screaming Frog

No white-label reporting. Its features and pricing pages do not mention it; the deliverable is a raw export you turn into a client document yourself.

Sitebulb

White-label PDF and CSV reports, named in a customer quote on its own features page. Priced per user; the dated tier prices are on Crawl Cove vs Sitebulb.

Crawl Cove includes branded PDF reports on every paid plan, from £14.99 a month, with no report fee and no export cap. Vendors change plans often, so check the current figures before you buy.

Frequently asked questions

Is white-label reporting a paid add-on?
No. Branded PDF reports are included on every paid plan, from Solo, with no extra report fee and no cap on how many you export.
What actually gets branded?
Your logo and two brand colours. Set an agency-wide default logo once and every new client inherits it, or override the logo and colours per client when a report needs to look like it came from someone else's toolkit entirely.
Do I have to track down every client's logo?
No. When you add a client, Crawl Cove reads that client's website for its logo and brand colours: the logo in its structured data, the site header, the web app manifest, its touch and site icons, its share image and its favicon. The best one waits on the client's Overview for you to confirm with one click, and nothing found on the site reaches a report until you do. Empty colour fields are filled from the site, and colours you typed yourself are never changed. A white logo gets a coloured backing so it still reads on a white page. You can still upload your own file at any time.
Does the report use real audit data, or a template I fill in?
Real data. You pick the audit run to report on and the sections come from that run's findings, so the numbers on the cover page and in the action plan are the numbers from the crawl, never re-estimated for the document.
Can the AI write the whole report for me?
It can draft the executive summary if you've configured the optional LLM backend, and that draft is fully editable. It never invents, removes or re-scores a finding; the severity summary and action plan stay deterministic even with the LLM set to none.
Can I send a keyword-movement report instead of a full audit?
Yes. The Reports page builds two kinds of deliverable from the same client data: the full section-by-section audit, and a keyword-movement report showing rank deltas over time from your tracked keywords. See the white-label reports guide
