Sitebulb pricing, explained
Sitebulb pricing is easy to find and hard to quote: their own pricing page leaves its Lite and Pro prices blank until a script fills them in. Here they are, read straight from that script's own source, with a team of ten and fifty already worked out.

Figures read from sitebulb.com/Subscriptions/Api/Paddle/GetPrice/ with country set to GB, the same endpoint Sitebulb's own pricing page calls by script to fill in the blank prices a plain page fetch cannot see. Checked 9 October 2026, unchanged from the 29 August, 7 September and 23 September readings held on our Sitebulb alternative page. Prices change and Sitebulb's own no-JS fallback text still shows an older per-user figure than its script actually charges, so check the vendor's own page with JavaScript enabled before you rely on any of this.
Why the Sitebulb pricing gap per user opens with team size
Pro's £30 covers exactly one user; every user after that is £7.50 more, a flat per-head rate rather than a bulk discount. A solo user and a five- person team both pay the same £30 base plus £7.50 a head, so the total keeps climbing in a straight line with headcount, with no step-down at any quantity. That is the opposite shape to a licence discount: the price per person never falls, it just keeps adding up.
What Lite leaves out
Lite is the cheaper single-seat option, but the feature list, not just the URL cap, is what separates it from Pro. Structured data, hreflang and international checks, accessibility, performance and mobile-friendly reports, spell checking, AMP support, scheduling and auto-export to Google Sheets are all Pro-only. For a small site with none of those needs, Lite's £12.50 a month is good value. For most technical SEO work, the missing checks are the more expensive part of the gap.
Priced differently
Crawl Cove charges per plan, not per user.
Crawl Cove is a desktop SEO crawler priced by plan rather than by seat: Solo is £14.99/mo for one seat with no URL cap and every check included, structured data, hreflang and accessibility among them, while Studio and Agency cover a team on one flat monthly plan instead of one licence per person. Google Search Console, Bing and Core Web Vitals come on every plan, Search Console in one click, CrUX field data built in, Bing with a free key.

Frequently asked questions
- How much does Sitebulb cost?
- Sitebulb Lite is £12.50 a month (£125 a year) for one user and a 10,000-URL-per-audit cap, with structured data, hreflang, accessibility, performance and mobile-friendly checks left out. Pro is £30 a month (£305 a year) for one user and a 500,000-URL cap, then £7.50 a month for every additional user, so ten users is £97.50 a month and fifty is £397.50. Sitebulb Cloud, its hosted product, starts from £95 a month (£1,140 a year) with no per-project limit. All figures read from sitebulb.com with country set to GB, checked October 2026.
- Is Sitebulb cheaper than Crawl Cove?
- At a single seat, yes: Sitebulb Lite at £12.50/mo undercuts our £14.99/mo entry plan, though it caps an audit at 10,000 URLs and leaves several checks to Pro. Against Sitebulb Pro, £30/mo for one user and £7.50/mo for every user after that, it depends on team size, because our plans are not priced per user. Pro is cheaper for 2 to 6 users against our Studio plan at £69.99/mo, and for 11 to 19 users against Agency at £169.99/mo. Crawl Cove is cheaper for teams of 7 to 10 and 20 to 50, so ten users pay £97.50/mo on Pro against Studio and fifty pay £397.50/mo against Agency.
- Does Sitebulb charge per user?
- Yes, on the desktop Pro plan. The first user is £30 a month and each additional one is £7.50 a month, so a team of ten pays £97.50 a month and a team of fifty pays £397.50. Lite is single-user only, with no team option. Sitebulb Cloud is priced differently, by project volume rather than by seat, starting from £95 a month.
- What is the difference between Sitebulb Lite and Pro?
- Crawl size and feature gating. Lite caps an audit at 10,000 URLs; Pro defaults to 500,000 and can be raised to 2 million. Lite also leaves out structured data, hreflang and international checks, accessibility, performance and mobile-friendly reports, spell checking, AMP support and scheduling, all of which are Pro-only. Crawl Cove has three plans and every check, including structured data, hreflang and accessibility, is on all of them; the plans differ only by device and client-project allowances.
