Screaming Frog sells the SEO Spider as a per-user, per-year licence rather than a monthly subscription, and quotes its bulk discounts as a per-licence rate rather than a team total. Here is every figure, read from their own pricing page, with the arithmetic already done for a single user, a team of ten and a team of fifty.

Licences are per user: the "example total" column assumes that many people, all on
the tier their headcount qualifies for. Prices change, so check the vendor's own
page before buying.
What the free version leaves out
Screaming Frog's free SEO Spider has no time limit, which makes it genuinely free rather than a trial. What it does not have is most of the product: of 31 listed features, only 7 stay on. The 24 that switch off include saving and reopening a crawl, crawl configuration, scheduling, JavaScript rendering, and the Search Console and Analytics integrations, alongside the 500-URL-per-crawl cap. For a single check on a small site, that is a fair trade for paying nothing. For repeatable client work, it is most of the reason to pay for a licence at all.
Why the price scales the way it does
Two things do the work in this pricing model: the licence is per user, and the discount is per licence rather than per order. A solo user and a 4-person team both pay £199 a head, so there is no reward for buying more until the fifth licence. From there the per-head price steps down three times, at 5, 10 and 20 licences, but it never stops being a per-user charge, so the total keeps rising with headcount even as the unit price falls.
